Gone are the days of 20-somethings living the share house dream, because most of them are still living at home. ​The growing cohort of renters are young families, elder Australians moving in share housing, and individuals who are designing unique living situations to assist with the cost of living. ​We bust the myth of the renter stereotype, and look at ways we can improve the rental market to cater for these growing demographics.
