Sara David is the founder of a midwifery charity called, 'Living Child' - which aims to reduce the infant death-rate in remote villages of Papua New Guinea.  
Sara joins us once again to share the challenges she faced in achieving this goal and how she discovered there was also a spiritual battle going on.
