Nabiha Koriaty was born in Lebanon and almost drowned in a storm on the boat trip to Australia in 1969.  On that trip, God made a special promise to her regarding her future life in Australia - that she would bring glory to Him.  And that promise has largely come true through the way she greets every customer that enters her restaurant.  They leave with a full belly and a friend for life.
