In this episode of Ready to Retail, we had the wonderful pleasure of talking all things Post Pride with Ron Dickman one of our Senior Postal Services Officers at West Perth as well as voluntary roles as the State Lead for both Post Pride and InterRetail in Western Australia. We also had the ability to speak with Alex Zachariah, Acting Head of Convenience for Woolworths, and Proud at Woolworths Group Committee Lead – Partnerships, about Inter Retail and what the program is, the vision for InterRetail and how this plays a part in the broader retail landscape. Alex also breaks it down for us and gives us some valuable insight into the small things we can do, that sometimes make the biggest impact with our teams across the country.

PostPride is Australia Post Group’s employee network of people who are interested in developing, supporting, or learning more about the Australia Post LGBTI+ community. This network is for everyone – LGBTI+ employees and allies. We welcome anyone who has a genuine interest in ensuring that everyone is treated with respect, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity or intersex status.
PostPride members receive regular updates on activities, internally and external to Australia Post Group. Members can also become actively involved in providing event, peer or policy support. To join, email postpride@auspost.com.au.
