Alderman of the 15th ward Ray Lopez attempts to make sense of Mayor Brandon Johnson's debt restructuring plan for the city.  Lil Durk who is involved in murder for hire scheme, but Mayor Johnson has taken a massive donation of $150k.  Ray Lopez worries that the Mayors response may justify young people involved in crimes to thinking that they aren't at fault for their own actions.
