The property taxes in Illinois are the second highest in the country and it continues to get worse here in Chicago thanks to Mayor Brandon Johnson.  Former governor Pat Quinn proposes a tax relief plan to increase income taxes on millionaires and pool that money into a property tax relief package for over 3 million households.  Ray challenges Quinn on this plan on whether it would hurt us more rather than help most people.
