After JB Pritzker was elected governor Illinois state gas taxes doubled, Illinois Policy Institute's Patrick Andriesen tells us that it is only getting worse.  Illinois has the second highest gas tax in the nation only behind California.  Lawmakers have been able to avoid voting because of automatic inflation adjustments and Patrick talks about how we can make a change going forward by holding representatives accountable.
