Burt Odelson of Odelson, Murphy, Fraizer & McGrath clarifies what happened with the voting debacle in Virginia.  Courts have ruled you can't take groups of people on the voter list within 90 days of the election.  The votes that were discarded were naturalized citizens.  At least 43 people had to prove that they are in fact citizens, some up to 5 times.
