The Los Angeles Unified School District on Tuesday unanimously approved new limits for young students, including a ban on devices in classrooms below second grade. Los Angeles Unified School District Superintendent Alberto Carvalho has submitted his resignation to the district and members of the Board of Education. “It has been a great honor to serve you,” Carvalho wrote in a resignation letter addressed to students, families, teachers and staff.
