Deadly violence has erupted across Mexico after the military killed infamous cartel boss Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. Americans near the border have been urged to shelter in place, as violent clashes have now spread to at least 20 of Mexico’s 31 states.
