President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris took turns delivering what amounted to a pep talk at the Democratic National Committee's holiday reception in Washington, D.C., on Sunday. But it was Kamala's inspirational speech that had people talking. Talking and swiping the sweat off their brows while declaring, "Phew! We dodged a bullet."
