Hour 1: The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that a bump stock does not transform a firearm into an automatic weapon, striking down a federal rule that banned bump stocks.  A former intensive care unit nurse has been arrested for allegedly swapping patients' pain medication with tap water in Medford, Oregon.

Kansas has filed a lawsuit against pharmaceutical company Pfizer, Inc. saying the company marketed the COVID shot as "safe" even though it "knew" the vaccine was connected to "serious adverse events." The KMJ video documentary KMJ: 100 YEARS IN THE VALLEY was awarded an Emmy® for Outstanding Achievement Historical/Cultural Documentary at the Northern California Area Emmy® Awards.
