Rams hire OL coach Ryan Wendell from the Buffalo Bills, who spent his entire playing career with the New England Patriots. Now, the Rams are staffed up with two names who are familiar with the "Belichickian way" in Nick Caley and Ryan Wendell, and an offensive coordinator in Mike LaFleur who is very familiar with Kyle Shanahan and his system.
