It’s about becoming a master of your own mind. Once you understand you have the control then anything is possible.
I’m open and honest with my children about mental health and wellbeing.
We are winging it every day, there is no manual that comes with children, but they are winging it too.
The key to raising successful children is not positioning your version of success on them and enabling them to be comfortable with who they are and showing up in the world.
