(00:00-22:37) – Query & Company opens on a Thursday with Jake Query, Jimmy Cook, and producer Eddie Garrison highlighting who missed practice yesterday for the Indianapolis Colts and Jacksonville Jaguars. Additionally, they highlight what Jonathan Taylor said prior to practice today about his availability for this week’s game against the Jaguars.

(22:37-32:41) – After listing the players that did not participate in practice for the Colts, Jake asks Jimmy to identify one player that the Colts need to get back ahead of their game against Jacksonville. Jake reacts with his assessment and opinion on which player the Colts need this weekend.

(32:41-43:24) – Hour number one concludes with Jake, Jimmy, and Eddie discussing the Baltimore Orioles season ending yesterday at the hands of the Kansas City Royals. Additionally, Jake ponders if this week’s game for IU against Northwestern could be considered a trap game.

(43:24-1:08:39) – Dustin Dopirak from the IndyStar joins Jake Query & Jimmy Cook to highlight what he has seen through two training camp practices for the Indiana Pacers. Dopirak believes that it will be challenging to move Bennedict Mathurin into the starting lineup unless he improves drastically as a defender, assesses how the potential officiating changes could negatively impact the Indiana Pacers, and examines the likelihood of James Wiseman having a role within the Pacers rotation this season.

(1:08:39-1:17:49) – J.P. Shadrick from Jaguars.com joins Query & Company to preview Sunday’s game between the Colts and Jaguars from the Jacksonville perspective. He explains the struggles for Trevor Lawrence the last ten games, highlights the key players that are on the injury report, explains how the Colts offense can have success against the Jags defense, and evaluates how hot the seat is right now for Doug Pederson.

(1:17:49-1:28:30) – Hour number two concludes with Jake Query, Jimmy Cook, and producer Eddie Garrison discussing the MLB Playoffs so far. They get into a discussion about whether the Houston Astros are the most hated team in all of sports and examine where things are at right now for their MLB Playoff beer bet.

(1:28:31-1:52:24) – The radio voice of the Indianapolis Colts, Matt Taylor, joins Jake Query & Jimmy Cook to highlight who was in and who was out at practice today. Also, he admits how impressive Tanor Bortelini’s performance against the Pittsburgh Steelers was considering the circumstances, identifies a couple of areas where the Colts defense need to sure up before they face the most difficult point of their schedule, and goes through all the struggles that the Colts have had in Jacksonville since their last win in 2014.  

(1:52:24-2:02:47) – Tony East makes a last-minute appearance on the show with Jake Query and Jimmy Cook to discuss the breaking news that came during their conversation with Matt Taylor that Caitlin Clark is the WNBA Rookie of the Year. He explains the difference between this award and the AP ROTY award, believes the biggest takeaway from the season accolades is that she finished fourth in the MVP voting, and believes that she is on the trajectory of being one of the greatest players in WNBA history.

(2:02:47-2:12:15) – Today’s show ends with the JCook Plays of the Day and Eddie sharing a couple bets that he likes in MLB today!
