Did Muller ever look at any of his teams and think it was a bad roster? Muller sees talent in Richardson, just hasn't found the right skill set to excel in the NFL yet. He believes that a quarterback needs time to develop from the bench before he gets control of an offense, citing Jordan Love who say in Green Bay for roughly 3-4 years behind Aaron Rodgers.
