Chelsea is a new mom with an infant born recently.  Before the birth she thought she'd made it perfectly clear to friends and family to please NOT post anything about the birth, the baby, the name, photos etc - ANYthing,  please do not post anything until we do.  Meaning she and her husband Mac -- whose sister -- Penny, DID indeed post well... basically everything.  Photos of her first visit with the new little one, the name and birth stats etc.  Chelsea is very angry and upset with her sister-in-law.  Penny on the other hand has been very dismissing of the entire incident saying it's,  "No big deal".  Let's decide  in the episode of Country Courthouse.
