Go to a specialist HMO mortgage broker to find you the right lender. HMO is a letting business so finding the right lender and valuer can increase commercial valuation on a cash basis – the rental they produced.
When creating HMOs, they need certain requirements for shared accommodation. Some people, when they need space, would build a conservatory as an extension. If it’s of the right size, then you don’t need a planning council.
