Sarah is a Product Leader located in Wellington, most recently working for CoGo. 
Sarah's first experience of a 'retro' was at 3am in a war zone when a UK Special Forces unit returned from an operation aimed at closing down a bomb network. From there, she stumbled her way into Product Management and has remained passionate about helping teams working together for better ever since. She champions Product Ops wherever she goes. Her 2 girls are a constant reminder to stay curious, keep asking why and remember 'you are not your user'!
