Seeing as the idea of vaccines can cause stress for many, it’s important to understand that this is going to be an obligation for employees at some point. In turn, it certainly helps to have insights from HR experts like Chris.

What does your team think about your environment? Work-life balance? Remuneration? Development? Values?
Culture is about having strategies that work for the type of business you are. It’s also about recognising that culture comes from the leader and works its way down.
Culture is not a set-and-forget kind of thing. It is dynamic and ever-changing…like a garden in need of attention.
Another element is about truly listening to your staff. Ask yourself questions like, “Do I value my staff? Could I be perceived as taking them for granted?”
If you aren’t putting things into place to demonstrate that love and appreciation, you can lose great people.
