I have to confess, that I was once so addicted to my apple watch, and it made me MISERABLE. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only, and that the over-optimisation of health is really taking the fun out of life.

There's a fair bit of chat online that being a bitch is one way to prevent illnesses. Is it really that simple? Or are we confusing 'being a bitch' with setting healthy boundaries.
