Sipho Madonsela has been serving a life sentence since 2001 for the alleged murder of Dumezweni Innocent Ndlovu,a man who is still alive. The shocking revelation surfaced during a victim-offender dialogue at Pietermaritzburg New Prison, where Ndlovu came face to face with Madonsela and confirmed he had never met him before, nor had he ever been stabbed. The encounter revealed what appears to be a grave miscarriage of justice, as Madonsela and his co-accused, Mthandeni Shange, were convicted of a murder that never happened.  Mbuyiseni Ndlozi is in conversation with Mthandeni Shange, co-accused alongside Sipho Madonsela, arrested in September 2001, Dumezweni Ndlovu, alleged victim of a murder and Department of Correctional Services Spokesperson, Singabakho Nxumalo.
