Many organisations lack the knowledge, processes and physical facilities to effectively accommodate people with disabilities (PWD) to ensure that they feel included and able to make a meaningful contribution. Inclusion in the workplace has different dimensions; the absence of any one of them could lead to employees feeling marginalised.
