Teacher Lerato Ramabodu is celebrating yet another remarkable achievement after securing a 100% matric pass rate in physical science for the Class of 2025 — a standard he has maintained every year since 2017. Ramabodu, now 31, was born and raised in Phomolong near Hennenman in the Free State. Although he initially dreamed of becoming a radiographer, limited space at the University of the Free State forced him to rethink his path. He enrolled in teaching with the intention of staying for just one year, but quickly discovered a deeper purpose. Mbuyiseni Ndlozi is in conversation with Makwane Comprehensive school Teacher, Lerato Ramabodu.
