Lerato Mbele is in conversation with the co-creator and director of the South African television phenomenon Yizo Yizo, a drama series that achieved the highest ratings in the history of South African television. It achieved cult status, was debated in Parliament, and won awards worldwide, including the Cinema Tout Ecrand Award in Geneva for Best International Series. Mahlatsi has become one of South Africa's most sought-after and award-winning commercial directors but was also instrumental in the creation of Bomb's various drama series such as Jacob's Cross, Isibaya and Ayeye. After two decades with Bomb Productions, Teboho decided to start a new company: establishing MOSELING FILMS – pronounced Moseding, a Sotho name for ‘The One in the Light’ – a production company with key focus on story development.
