In this conversation, Lerato Mbele speaks to Pamela Nompumelelo Nomvete who was born in Ethiopia and graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 1985 and spent 10 years on the British stage before moving to South Africa in 1994 where she embarked on a very successful television career.
She has gone to perform for theatre companies such as the Royal Shakespeare Company, Royal National Theatre, and the Royal Court, and has also acted on TV and film productions alongside Idris Elba, Forrest Whittaker to mention a few.
