POWER TalkSouth Africa to spend R22 million on 100-metre tall flag
The Department of Sports, Arts and Culture is planning to install a flag that is more than 100 metres in height – at an eye-watering cost of R22 million. First announced in February 2022, monumental flags are installed by countries to express their identity and pride.
