Before the formation of the Government of National Unity, President Cyril Ramaphosa had 19 bills he had to sign, which were not signed. Early this year during the national elections period, Ramaphosa "quickly" signed the NHI bill into law which caused stirs between the public and private health sectors. In recent updates, Ramaphosa has signed 3 more bills, Public Procurement, Climate Change and the National Small Enterprises bills.
