Andrew is a former General Manager of PSL; former Municipal Manager of Belarus-Bela Municipality and former Public Relations Officer of the National Soccer League.

He also was part of the SAFA delegation that delivered 2010 FIFA World Cup to South Africa. SAFA delegation to the Confederation Cup in Germany; SAFA delegation to the FIFA World Cup in Germany.

Outside of the limelight, Andrew was appointed the Chairperson of Limpopo Tourism Agency from 2015 to 2018 and successfully re-elected from 2019 to 2022 tenure of office.
