Mbali Ntuli has been known as a South African politician and a former member of the Democratic Alliance. During her political endeavours she served as the party’s Provincial Youth Chairperson where she helped the party build its political presence in townships including in KwaMashu and Ntuzuma, in KwaZulu-Natal. She then occupied a seat in the KZN Provincial Legislature where she served as the DA’s Spokesperson for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs. Before she left the party, she contested for the position of DA Federal Leader. Mbali is currently embarking on her newly launched initiative called the Ground Work Collective (GWC) citing it is her intention to elevate communities by working on the ground. She joins Lerato Mbele for this week’s Leadership Dialogue.
