Isaac Mophatlane is one of the few exceptional business leaders, particularly in the information technology sector in South Africa. Isaac's career began at Software Connexion, where his remarkable talents propelled him to become the youngest director on a board of a listed company. In 1996, Isaac, alongside his late brother Benjamin, co-founded Business Connection, now known as BCX. In 2004, BCX merged with Comparex Africa, and Isaac's role as head of public sector client engagement demonstrated his ability to navigate complex business environments. He later took on key roles in innovation and leadership, culminating in his position as Group CEO following his brother's untimely passing. In 2017, Isaac co-founded the Randvest Group, a majority black-owned investment holding company.

Today, Isaac is an independent non-executive director at Pepkor Holdings Limited, Exxaro and plays a pivotal role in several Randvest investments. He joins us for this week’s edition of the leadership dialogue.
