Lucas Ndala was born and bred in Winterveldt, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and served his articles with Deloitte and then went to work for Mettle in structured finance. He then joined Barclays Africa as a credit analyst and then moving on to Royal Bafokeng Holdings as an investment manager. He currently is Chief Financial Officer of the Dr Sam Motsuenyane Foundation. The Foundation was created and designed to address the needs and challenges which presently impede the development of township and rural communities in South Africa, more especially in the agricultural sector. The Foundation’s roots are anchored in townships and rural areas where some of its flagship agricultural projects in grain, vegetables and citrus production are located, spanning Gauteng, North-West and Mpumalanga Provinces. He joins us as guest in this week’s edition of the leadership dialogue.
