Dr. Moleko is a Development Economist who is a core faculty member at the University of Stellenbosch Business School where she teaches Economics and Statistics as a Senior Lecturer since 2017. The Minister of Trade & Industry appointed her as a Board of Trustee for the National Empowerment Fund, where she Chaired the Boards Investment Committee between 2018-2020. In 2021 she was appointed the Chairperson of the National Empowerment Fund and continues to serve as a Trustee of the Board. The National Empowerment Fund is a driver and thought-leader in promoting and facilitating black economic participation by providing financial and non-financial support to black-owned and managed businesses, and by promoting a culture of savings and investment among black people.
