Langa Mavuso, born Nkosinathi Nhlakanipho Mavuso on January 25, 1994, is a renowned singer, songwriter, and performer hailing from Johannesburg, South Africa. His musical journey took flight in 2016 with the release of his debut EP, "Liminal Sketches," a mesmerising collection of six songs that unveiled his distinctive artistic voice. However, it was his subsequent EP, "Home," that firmly established his presence in South Africa's music industry. Mavuso's artistic prowess is complemented by his academic achievements. He completed his high school education at the National School of the Arts, where he delved into contemporary music. His thirst for knowledge led him to earn a BA in politics and economics from Rhodes University, followed by a foray into jazz performance at the University of Cape Town's School of Music. He joins Lerato Mbele in the spotlight.
