The Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF), an agency of the Gauteng Department of Human Settlements, is hosting its inaugural GPF Funding Seminar. The event, held on Wednesday (29 March), at the Protea by Marriot Balalaika Hotel in Sandton, will also celebrate the agency’s 20th anniversary. The event aims to explicitly highlight human settlement investment opportunities in the province and provide a platform for a dialogue between key players in the sector. These strategic contributors include development finance institutions, investment management firms, and property developers. The event is themed: “Twenty years in delivering affordable housing through strategic partnerships. Lerato Mbele speaks to Leon Marincowits,  a GPF Board Member about the agency’s 20th-anniversary celebrations.
