Isaac Mbatha, the founder of Sky Tents, started off as a taxi conductor and selling sweets at the taxi rank - to building what is now a home for the many people employed by his brand. Born in KwaMashu, Durban, Isaac got his start in business at an early age by helping his father run his businesses. Growing up in an environment of hard workers, Isaac quickly developed an entrepreneurial mindset, selling sweets and other goodies to his classmates at school to raise funds of his own. After Matriculating, Isaac apprenticed at Eskom in Mpumalanga, saving up enough money to start his first business. After washing and repairing tents in KwaMashu, KwaZulu-Natal, Isaac decided to launch his manufacturing business. He joins us now.
