In a historic turn for the African National Congress in Limpopo, Dr. Phophi Ramathuba has been elected unopposed as the province’s first-ever female chairperson. Her ascension to the role took place in the early hours of Saturday morning at the Polokwane Cricket Club, where she officially succeeded the outgoing provincial chairperson, Stanley Mathabatha.
