The Forum 4 Service Delivery (F4SD) is South African civic political movement founded in 2015 to tackle grassroot issues such as water, sanitation, housing, immigration laws, electoral reform, education and children going to school without shoes. The party registered to contest the 2016 and 2021 South African municipal elections in five provinces: North West, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, Free State, Gauteng and Limpopo. The party amassed 31 Council Seats in 2016 and subsequently 39 Council Seats in 2021.
