sales actually begins long before you ever ask someone to buy? This morning, we’re taking a closer look at People Buy People, a book that challenges us to rethink the way we approach sales and human connection. At its heart is a simple philosophy. The book explores confidence, genuine connection, likability, consistency and trust, while encouraging us to move away from pressure and manipulation and towards listening, serving and creating real value. Because ultimately, whether you’re selling a product, leading a team, building a business or simply building relationships, people don’t just connect with what you offer, they connect with you.
