Numsa accuses SAA management of failing to root out corruption

The National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (Numsa) has accused the management of South Africans Airways (SAA) of not willing to root out corruption at the national carrier. 

This after the negotiating between the South African Cabin Crew Association (SACCA), Numsa and SAA fell through on Saturday. The unions are demanding an 8% wage increase and have rejected SAA's offer of 5.9%. They are also protesting against a mass retrenchments.

Numsa spokesperson Phakamile Hlubi was speaking to Morio Sanyane on POWER Update on Monday.
