The recent attacks on the South Africa judiciary are not warranted as they undermine public confidence in the judiciary. This is the stern position of the Council for the Advancement of the South African Constitution (Casac). Casac's executive secretary Lawson Naidoo says the attacks are "narrow" and "political".
