As the year draws to a close, we often take stock of our finances, careers, relationships and health but how often do we check in with our spiritual wellbeing?

Maybe your prayer life has changed. Maybe you feel disconnected from your faith, or perhaps you have grown spiritually but haven't stopped to acknowledge it. For some, this year may have strengthened their relationship with God; for others, disappointment, loss, stress or simply the demands of life may have left them feeling spiritually drained. So before we rush into a new year with new goals and resolutions, perhaps we should pause and ask: How is my spirit really doing? Richard Rambau who is a Leadership coach and motivational speaker joins us for this conversation.
