Our guest today is holds a degree in economics from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). He is currently pursuing his MBA .

Pillay believes in a stakeholder-centric, innovation-powered approach to leadership and has a proven track record of being actively involved at the executive management level for the past 12 years. As the incoming CEO of the CHIETA, he hopes to motivate and inspire the amazing people at the CHIETA, encouraging them to unite and co-create a shared vision and mission. He says role is to catalyse the collective wisdom and leadership within the CHIETA.
