Former South African Football Association (Safa) President Dr Molefi Oliphant has thrown his weight behind Mamelof Sundowns owner Dr Patrice Motsepe who is vying to be the next  CAF president. Motsepe unveiled his 10 point manifesto for the CAF presidency at a lengthy press conference at the Sandton Convention Centre on Thursday afternoon.
