With only 1.3 donors per million and just 0.2% of the population registered, thousands remain on waiting lists. Systemic gaps; like low awareness, poor referral practices, and cultural hesitancy—mean over 60 organs are lost weekly. Boosting education, coordination, and family consent could save countless lives across the country.
