Kwena Moabelo speaks to Dr. Lerato Mokoena, began her theological studies at AIM (African Institute of Missiology) in collaboration with University of Pretoria in 2012. Today she holds a PhD in Biblical Studies and is a Lecturer at the University of Pretoria in the Faculty of Theology and Religion, Departments of Religious Studies, Old Testament, and Hebrew Scriptures.

With her appointment, Lerato's future for Theology is that of a corpus built and curated in such a way that it becomes an immediate consolation to us, that we can privilege ourselves in order to build our own societies.
