The Department of Social Development in KwaZulu-Natal says Sibusiso Mpungose a 44-year-old father who hanged his three children and stepdaughter showed no remorse in court for what he did.
Mpungose was handed four life sentences at the Pietermaritzburg High Court on Wednesday. The incident took place in September.
MEC of social development in the province, Nonhlanhla Khoza says Mpungose looked back at the family in court and started swearing at them after his sentence was handed down.
She tells Thabiso Kotane that Mpungose sees nothing wrong for the gruesome killings.
