We spoke to Tshepo Mantjé, Advocate for Early Childhood Development, on the alarming findings of the 2024 Thrive by Five Index. Inequality, poor quality education, and weak intersectoral support remain key barriers. Mantjé calls for urgent action, funding, and accountability to ensure no child is left behind.
