LISTEN: FORUM FOR SOUTH AFRICA has criticised the South African justice system, citing that it has failed to hold criminals accountable.
FOSA said, criminal laws in particular are not harsh enough on rapist and corruption.
The criticism follows a rape case of a five-year-old child in Mafefe, Limpopo province.
It is alleged that the child was raped between January and March by a 35, year old private scholar transport driver, who in turn threatened the child not to tell anyone.
