The former Tshwane mayor Dr Murunwa Makwarela has terminated the legal services of the lawyer who represented him during his bail application in April. Makwarela appeared at the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Wednesday morning facing charges of fraud and perjury.
